Dr. Baghai graduated valedictorian from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 1999. Following graduation, she completed a four year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at Tehran University of Medical Sciences where she received her board certification and a national award for the highest score at board exams. Thereafter, Dr. Baghai taught Theory and Practice at Tehran University of Medical Sciences as an assistant professor from 2005 until 2010 while caring for patients in private practice. In academia, she supervised several thesis and research projects which led to more than ten national and international publications.
Dr. Baghai’s interest in endodontics encouraged her to specialize upon arrival to the United States. She conducted research at the Laboratory of Immunoregulation and Tissue Engineering at the University of Southern California before she began her endodontic residency at the Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. After earning her Advanced Graduate Study in Endodontics at Boston University, she moved to the Pacific Northwest.
While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son and family, practicing yoga and going to the movies.
