Financial Policy
Patients With Dental Insurance
A payment of the estimated amount not covered by your insurance policy is required on the date service is performed. We can make no guarantee of your benefits since your insurance company will not guarantee payment until the claim is received and processed according to your individual policy provisions. There may be an additional amount due after your insurance company processes your claim and this amount becomes due upon receipt of the first statement from us. A monthly fee of 1% will be added to all past due accounts. Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. If your insurance company has not paid your claim within 30 days, the balance will be billed to you and is due within 10 days.
Prior to your appointment, upon your request, a pre-determination can be sent to your insurance company. Please let us know if you would like us to provide this service to you.
